Mount Quaniki Vanquish build needs a little help
hey there guru! I've been Vanquishing this area for a long time, but ive gotten really bored of wiating for pugs and things like that. So for the past couple months i have bene using heros adn henchmen. But with the newish 7heros ive been using a 7 hero combination. I've come to realize that it probably could be improved.
Before you look at the build remember, im trying to do this Vanquish quickly.
Fallback is neccesary for this area b/c there is A LOT of dead space where you are just running.
any comments would be good.
Also, i've had a problem with the healers. They have a ton of energy(63) and they never drop below 40. But, they never cast their skills. I have to micro my heros(im horrible at this) which takes away from me beign able to use AP.

Edit: Also, i dont have mercanary heros and i cant afford them. Thought i'd mention that.

I'll be honest, I run a fairly straight forward WE Axe myself, a AoTL necro, Healing Burst monk, SoS, Emo, Inept, Panic and E-Surge and I'm running thorugh the are in about 16-18 mins consistently with no fallback at all.
As for your healers idk why they wouldn't be casting anything. AoE damage would be great here as most stuff does ball up quite nicely minus the Nage towards the end of the run.
On another note, how does the keystone mes perform? Always wondered about them.

keystone does really well. i found out they generally ignore my calling a specific target(saw them rupting some naga rits instead of the warrior i targeted) but they do a really good job vs the yeti with consume soul at the beging of the run.
my average is 16~17mins pretty regularly but im hoping to improve it. And its not they totally dont cast spells.. they jsut dont use them regularly(im also not on fleeng checked that, even set them to agressive)
also did a test with panic... didnt do as well as keystone which kind of shocked me but hey thats what tests are for.

minions will slow you down, especially on 3, the nec's will be lagging behind. make the nec's the discord with heals, remove monks and add a couple para's and maybe run e/rt and splinter the para's.
edit: you can also change keystones to me/n and add signet of sorrow since you won't be using corpse's

not to great with build advice, but if you have your monks on avoid combat this causes them to run around rather than cast, so switch them to guard and they should cast more spells.

in my 2nd post i said that my heros arent on flee atm . they jsut dont seem to like healing.

anthem works with minions. and since i have a huge minion army around me they interupt/weary stuff like its no body' buisiness.

No, they dont =\. They only work on attack skills, not just attacks.
Your heroes aren't casting because of GoLE. Under its effect, heroes will refuse to cast any spell below 10 energy. Simply replace the /e with /me and grab some inspiration interrupts and you should be fine.
If you're trying to kill with speed, discord isnt the way to go, and neither is 2 dedicated backliners. You also have way too many corpse skills and your heroes will spend time fighting over corpses. Your bar is kinda meh as well, id suggest replacing the last 4 skills with Chain Lightning, Lightning Orb, GoLE, and Air Attune, as well as dropping trypt for FH

Point of anthems? Iirc, those activate on attack skill, nothing in your team has an attack skill minus the ebon sin.
Drop find their weakness, One DW+50 damage every 15 seconds is retarded.
You're an ele, play one, not an AP caller
run 6 mesmers imo.

Well now i know anthems dont work with minions XD. Been using them for like 4 months. thought they worked on minions.. silly me.
and @IronSheik... i would love playing an ele. The problem is im trying to play quickly and ele skills do maybe half the damdge they list when im in HM. So simply put im doing more constant damdge to enemies.
Also if you actually read my beging post i said no mec heros. You could also suggest what to use instead of "run something other then discord".
@LifeBringer thanks for the help on those heros. I ended up last night switching them out for rits, but i may jsut make them go /me like you said and see if that cures them of their stupidity. And the reason i brought Typhon signet on my bar was because it has a small AoE effect of slowing all enemie atacks by 40%. This ends up helping not strain my monks and makes things generally easier.
when i get home from school ill post the builds im currently running now from suggestions here and from ig friends

You probably need some prots as well instead of 2 dedicated straight up healers.
I'd say throw out both monks as they are. Instead, use an SoS healer, something like this, maybe throwing out Splinter for something else (I'd keep it for spear heroes and minions).
This should be enough heals for Mount Qinkai, it's one of the easiest vanquishes in Factions.
The other hero should be one with a few prots, Protective Spirit, Aegis, Shield of Absorption. I'd change one of the Discorders secondaries to /Mo and put 10 in protection prayers to add these skills.
This leaves you an open hero slot for another ritualist (ST or SoGM) or a smite monk or something.

ok through suggestions here and whatnot i have come up with this.
any thoughts now?(the ele probably needs work.. thought blindness would be useful)
